Unlocking an Active Directory account

Use an authorization code and secret to unlock your Active Directory account and Wallet.

1. Click the Unlock account link in Web Workplace.
2. Enter a user name.
3. Select a domain.
4. Click Next.
5. Contact Help desk to request for an authorization code.
6. Enter the authorization code.
7. Click Next.
8. Enter one secret answer.
9. Click Next.
