Increasing the system-memory page size
You can improve system performance by setting up the system with larger memory pages.
Performance improvements vary depending on the applications running on your system. Only change this setting if advised by service and support.
To perform this operation, you must have one of
the following authority levels:
- Administrator
- Authorized service provider
To set up your system with larger memory pages, do the following steps:
- On the ASMI Welcome pane, specify your user ID and password, and click Log In.
- In the navigation area, expand Performance Setup.
- Select System Memory Page Setup.
- In the right pane, select the settings that you want.
- Click Save settings.
