Viewing resources unconfigured using the guard function
View a list of the hardware resources that have been unconfigured by the guard function of the system processor.
For each unconfigured hardware resource, the type of error that caused the unconfiguration (for example, predictive, diagnostic, uncorrectable) is also displayed. The detailed error log entry can also be viewed.
To view this information, you must have one
of the following authority levels:
- Administrator
- Authorized service provider
To view a list of the unconfigured resources, complete the following steps:
- On the ASMI Welcome pane, specify your user ID and password, and click Log In.
- In the navigation area, expand System Service Aids and click Deconfigured Records.
