Creating Contract Folders

You can create folders to systematically manage your contracts.

Procedure

To create folders, complete the following steps:

  1. On the application home page, click the Search icon > By Folder.
  2. On the Repository Folder page, navigate to the contract folder that you want to use as the parent of your new contract folder.
  3. Click Manage Folder > New Folder.
  4. In the Add Folder window, provide a name and description for the folder.
  5. Click OK.
