Mapping Oracle Organizations and Locations to Maximo® Asset Management System Address Codes

The following procedure describes how to map the asset management system address codes to the Oracle organizations and locations. Additionally, the following table shows how to map the asset management system Bill To Companies, Ship To Companies, and Bill To and Ship To contacts to the Oracle E-Business Suite.

To define an address code in the asset management system for an Oracle organization or location, complete the following steps:

1. In the asset management system, select Go To > Administration > Organizations.
2. Press Enterto display a list of organizations.
3. Click the name of the organization that you want to update.
4. Click the Address tab.
5. Click New Row.
6. Enter the Oracle location or organization in the Address Code field.
7. Enter the following address information:
   • Long description
   • Address
   • City
   • State/Province
   • Zip/Postal Code
   • Country
8. Click Save Organization
