Work プロファイルのマイグレーションの現在のステータスの追跡

MaaS360 が移行リクエストを送信すると、 MaaS360 により、管理者はデバイスの履歴から移行の現在のステータスを確認できるようになります。

1. MaaS360 ポータルのホームページから、 [デバイス ] > [インベントリ] を選択します。
2. ステータスを追跡するデバイスを選択します。
3. デバイス概要で、 [概要] > [履歴] をクリックします。
4. 「アクション」 列をソートして、 「Work プロファイルへのマイグレーション」 アクションを表示します。 「Work プロファイルへのマイグレーション」アクションに対するステータス、コメント、およびエラーの説明が対応する列に表示されます。

   状況	説明
   保留中	マイグレーション・コマンドがデバイスに発行されましたが、ユーザーはマイグレーションを開始していません。

   完了	デバイスは Work プロファイルに正常にマイグレーションされました。 MaaS360 は、マイグレーションが完了すると、以下のステータスを表示します。 Migration completed successfully

   注： [デバイス ] > [アクションとイベント] メニューオプションを選択すると、 MaaS360 はこのアクションに関するデバイス全体のグローバルなアクション履歴レコードを提供します。 これらのオプションからエクスポートして、すべての「Work プロファイルへのマイグレーション」アクションをフィルターに掛け、デバイスのきめ細かいステータスを追跡することができます。
