Once you have identified your Trial group, prepare and release an email campaign to generate
buzz. You can also think of other ways to showcase Myca’s upcoming launch (for example, an online
meeting with a demo) so that when the trial users receive the invitation email, they will be
prepared with a resume to upload and can start using Myca immediately.
As you rollout Myca, you’ll want to continue these communications to your employees to encourage
usage and solicit their feedback.
