TrustWeaver Archiving Overview

IBM Sterling e-Invoicing supports TrustWeaver Archiving. TrustWeaver stores invoices in compliance with local requirements.

TrustWeaver Archiving

The TrustWeaver unique ID is referenced in InFlight to allow for easy cross reference between InFlight and the TrustWeaver archive. This service includes any reference numbers assigned by the tax authorities, such as VAT IDs, in the individual countries. Signed documents, human readable PDF, canonical, and signature details can be stored in the TrustWeaver archive.

TrustWeaver Archive Features:
  • Guaranteed compliant storage of signed or unsigned invoices through a Web Services interface which provides the ability to retrieve archived invoices
  • Storage period calculated from applicable countries’ VAT and accounting laws
  • Event log for audit purposes

  • Help information for many TrustWeaver Archiving portal functions are provided through the use of tooltips within the portal.

For Brazil, Mexico, and Turkey, in-country archiving is provided automatically by TrustWeaver. For Brazil and Mexico, TrustWeaver provides this through a partnership with SSC (Signature South Consulting).
