Accessing the IBM UrbanCode Deploy Selfserv tool dashboard

You must access and use the IBM® UrbanCode® Deploy Selfserv tool to complete certain application processes, such as deploying changes and fixes into your IBM Sterling® Order Management System environments and completing some administrative processes.

To access the tool, you must request login credentials, connect to the server, and open the IBM UrbanCode Deploy Selfserv tool.

When you log in to the IBM UrbanCode Deploy Selfserv tool, you can view and access the tool dashboard. This dashboard displays your current activities. These activities can be initiated by you, or by other users that are working with the component or applications that you are able to access. From the dashboard, you can access the main tool tabs for completing your available self-service operations.

From the dashboard, you can select to run processes against the environments and applications that you can access. You can also view the history of processes that ran against those environments and applications, and view process logs to assist you with any troubleshooting of self-serve processes.

Note: Depending on your IBM Sterling Order Management System service, some features and options that display in the IBM UrbanCode Deploy Selfserv tool might not be used for completing the process that you select to run with the tool.
