Monitoring optimization processes

You can monitor the progress of completed, scheduled, or ongoing optimization processes by using options from the Actions menu.

To see optimization processes that are currently running, select View Optimization Processes from the Actions menu. You can see the status of each process, and how long it took to complete. You can also see an optimization summary, a conflict report for failed optimizations, and a list of records that were not optimized or assigned. These records appear in the Gantt view in red at the end of the scheduled dates. (You can set a system property to move these to the beginning of the schedule instead.)

To view optimization processes that are scheduled to run but not running currently, select View Scheduled Optimization Processes.

To see a log of current optimization processes, select View Optimization Progress.

For scheduling optimization, the View Optimization Progress window displays key performance indicator (KPI) information. You can terminate the optimization process by clicking Terminate.
