Custom client data

The Custom Client Data folder groups data relating to information that was captured for a client in respect of configured client data. For example, your Administrator might configure a client data type that lets care team members capture Contact Tracing information for a client. Use the data sets in the Custom Client Data folder to create custom client data reports. The data model shows how the data sets relate to each other.

For example, you can create the following reports:
  • A list of a client's custom data records by name and category.
  • A list of the most recent custom client data values for all clients.
  • The number of clients with or without specific custom data by program, program status, and care manager.
  • A list of a client's most recent and previous custom data values captured in respect of different versions of a custom client data type.
  • A list of a client's custom data and related person values that are captured in respect of the data type.

You can filter your report content by applying filters to the data items in the reports. For example, you can filter custom client data reports by Custom Client Data Category, Custom Client Data Type, Attribute Name, and Attribute Number.
