Shift-based Node Capacity
With the introduction of Shift-based Node Capacity in Release 9.5, you can specify the quantity of items or order releases that a node can fulfill during a specified time period, based on the node's capacity.
Benefits
With Shift-based Node Capacity, capacity at the node is partitioned and assigned into multiple service slots in a 24-hour workday, 7-day work week. The 24-hour workday, 7-day work week are set by default and can be managed to suit your business needs. In earlier releases, capacity was distributed across the entire 24-hour workday and not into multiple service slots in the 24-hour workday.
