JVM parameters applied for the IBM® Content Navigator during the case study are described here.

In this case study:
  1. The values of initial/maximum heap size were set to 4096MB/4096MB.
  2. These generic JVM arguments were defined:
    
-Duser.language=en -Duser.region=US -Duser.country=US 
-Xmn2048m Xgcpolicy:gencon -Djaxws.payload.highFidelity=true
  3. The WAS was restarted.

WAS Administration console path: Servers > Application servers > server_name > Java™ and process management > Process Definition > Java Virtual Machine.
