Viewing hardware inventory

Use the Integrated Virtualization Manager to list the devices on your managed system, including device name, status, type of device, and physical location code.

1. From the Service Management menu, click Hardware Inventory. The Hardware Inventory panel is displayed, which includes a list of hardware devices.
2. To sort the list by any of the categories, such as device name or status, click the appropriate header. This list includes any device with a device name, including both physical devices and virtual devices. Using this page is equivalent to using the lsdev command in the command-line interface.
3. Click Configure Devices to find added or moved devices on the management partition. Using this task is equivalent to using the cfgdev command, and the task refreshes the contents of the Hardware Inventory table.
