Explanation
Issued to a user in response to an RSCS FLUSH command for the user's own file. The file was found in one of the RSCS tag queues but not in an active queue.
System action
The file is not flushed and normal processing continues.
User response
Use the RSCS PURGE command for the same file to delete it from the RSCS system.
