DMT3065E Statement `statement` is not defined properly in the RSCSAUTH CONFIG file

Explanation
The RSCSAUTH CONFIG file was being processed during initialization
and an incorrect statement was found.

System action
Default values will be used and processing will continue when
the statement in question is RSCS = rscsid, LOG =
filename, KEEP = value, TRACERSCSAUTH =
{ON │ OFF}, TELL = userid at
node, or
TRANSPOOL = {YES │ NO}.
