Explanation
CRUISE chain chase processing detected that STDAUT bit 0, which is used with z/TPFDF encryption support, is on in a block that was successfully decrypted. However, the ENCRYPTALLOW parameter is set to NO in the DBDEF macro of the file. This message might occur while you are disabling encryption on the file or if an application is incorrectly using STDAUT bit 0.

- If an application is using STDAUT bit 0, complete the following steps:
