FACE table generator input

Various statements, that follow, are included in a SIP deck. They are used by the generator to define the FACE table. These are the only statements and parameters read by the generator. When SIP is updated with changes to any of these parameters, the generator must be run to create the corresponding FACE table. If any output from the FCTBG changes, the impact must be assessed on STCEQ, SYSEQC, DASD, IRCCR and format entries, and CYMZx SYCON macro elements. Because these are the only parameters affecting the FACE table if none of them change, the generator does not have to be run.
