Deploying updates from IBM

When a TPF Toolkit fix pack or a new version of IBM® SDK, Java™ Technology Edition is available, you must make the update available for your TPF Toolkit users to install.

About this task

• To upgrade TPF Toolkit 4.6 to Fix Pack 16 or earlier, or from Fix Pack 17 or later, follow the procedure in Deploying a TPF Toolkit fix pack.
• To upgrade TPF Toolkit 4.6 from Fix Pack 16 or earlier to Fix Pack 17, follow the procedure in Setting up an administrator instance of TPF Toolkit to install Fix Pack 17 independently.
