Note:
- This routine can only be used by variations whose names adhere to the MULT convention. See Variation file name conventions and Useful variations for information about the MULT convention.
- This routine will force a correct message ID.
This routine sends a message to the client session (console) that is configured.
This message can be one of two types:
- Informational, which as an I message suffix
- Error, which has an E message suffix.
This routine forces the correct operator message syntax. The message ID will be built using the first 4 bytes of the variation name and message number. The message number is a required input variable.
Example: TEST0003E 12:32:45 Variation 051 - timed out.
