REST message handler support (APAR PJ47150)

REST message handler support provides additional controls and processing that can be specified at a REST services level and shared among multiple REST services.

Previously, common REST provider segments had to be created by the application infrastructure to share common processing. These common segments had to be updated for every new REST service to determine what processing each service required and what application program the request needed to be routed to.

With this support, application developers can easily organize and manage common REST services. Common processing for REST services can be added to REST message handlers. You can specify multiple REST message handlers for a REST service in the z/TPF service descriptor. Each REST service can specify which REST message handlers to use and the order to use them in.
