IBM Tivoli Management Services on z/OS

IBM® Tivoli® Management Services on z/OS® is an integrated, layered architecture consisting of data-access, communication, and presentation components that enable cross-platform operation and integration of enterprise-wide data for systems-management applications. It is the software foundation that supports the development and operations of the Tivoli Enterprise Monitoring Server, the Tivoli Enterprise Portal Server and Tivoli Enterprise Portal, and their Tivoli Enterprise Monitoring Agents.

Docker technology is included to reduce the time and effort in installing the Tivoli Enterprise Portal Server. You can run IBM Tivoli Monitoring - Tivoli Enterprise Portal Server Container in a Docker runtime environment on Linux® on System z® or on z/OS using z/OS Container Extensions.

Additionally, IBM Cognos® 11.1.7 is included to enable clients to build and report on historical monitoring data based on business need, and Zowe™ 2.0 is included to support IBM Z® Service Management Explorer (IZSME).
