Configuring component products

Decide on the order in which to configure the component products. The order is influenced by the dependencies across the products and their individual configuration values.

For example, you can configure the products as follows:

Configure and set up the IBM® Tivoli® Monitoring environment, including the agents. For more information, see:

Configure IBM Z System Automation using the configuration assistant tool. When you use the configuration assistant tool, basic NetView configuration is also set up. For more information, see:
