z/OSMF Desktop Reference Center
The z/OSMF Desktop Reference Center contains a number of informational resources for z/OSMF users. The resources can be opened, dragged out of the App center to the desktop, organized into folders, and pinned to the taskbar.
The z/OSMF Desktop App center
You can use the Reference Center to view all of the informational resources for z/OSMF. To open the Reference Center, click the Reference Center icon on the taskbar. You can also right-click the reference resource icon to open a menu with options. From this menu, you can open a reference resource, send a reference resource to the desktop, or remove a reference resource from the desktop. You can also pin or unpin a reference resource to the taskbar.
There are three types of reference resources in Reference center:
- z/OSMF One Stop Hub
- This online resource contains a consolidated set of links to the information and publications for z/OSMF. For more information, see https://ibm.github.io/zOSMF/.
- z/OSMF REST APIs
- This resource contains the published REST APIs of z/OSMF. You must configure the Swagger service before you can open this reference. For more information, see Using the Swagger interface in IBM z/OS Management Facility Programming Guide.
- z/OSMF Sample Code
- This resource contains samples of z/OSMF that can be used to demonstrate z/OSMF functions. These functions include how to develop and deploy a z/OSMF external plug-in and how to call z/OSMF RESTful service from JavaScript or Java™.
