Start of changeThis workflow can be performed while the zCX instance is running. After this workflow completes, the DATA disks are permanently deleted.End of change

User data cleanup workflow path: /usr/lpp/zcx_zos/workflows/user_data_cleanup.xml

Start of changeThis workflow can only be performed on a zCX appliance version 1.26.0 or higher. With this zCX appliance version, user data sets are allocated as STOR disks. DATA disks are no longer needed. It is recommended that you run user data cleanup workflow to remove existing DATA disks to free up resources.End of change

The user data cleanup workflow asks you to provide:
  1. The unique name of the zCX instance
  2. The zCX instance registry path
