Removing HTTP proxies

To remove an HTTP proxy definition, use the Remove action provided in the HTTP Proxies table. This action is listed only if you are authorized to remove HTTP proxy definitions.

About this task

When you invoke the Remove action, the HTTP proxy definition is removed from z/OSMF only. No changes are made to the systems in your installation.

Procedure

  1. In the HTTP Proxies table, select the HTTP proxy definition to be removed. You can select multiple HTTP proxy definitions. You cannot remove the HTTP proxy definition that is named No Proxy, and you cannot remove HTTP proxy definitions that are associated with another resource in z/OSMF.
  2. From the Actions menu or context menu, select Remove. A confirmation window opens.
  3. Click OK to remove the selected HTTP proxy definitions. You cannot undo this action.
