When you click RUN, the commands execute
in the order they appear on the application window.
If a command fails, the commands checked after the failing command
do not execute and remain checked.
After clicking Run, view the Output Log
or the Command History to check the output from the CLU commands.
Both can be viewed by clicking View and then
clicking Output Log or Command History.
