1. Initialization

   Global zone

   Read without enqueue.

   Target zone

   Read without enqueue.

   DLIB zone

   Read without enqueue.

2. Processing

   Target zone

   Update with an exclusive enqueue.

   DLIB zone

   Read without enqueue.

3. Termination

   All resources are freed.
