Specifies the type of PTAT checkpoint operation to be performed.

VALID

Specifies that a valid copy of the current PTAT is to be written to the checkpoint data set(s).

INVALID

Specifies that the current PTAT checkpoint record is to be marked incorrect in the checkpoint data set(s).
