Explanation
A DSP has returned to JSS for termination with
an open spool file. This typically results when a module called by
an ACALL macro returns to JSS rather than to the calling module.

System action
The DSP's JESTAE exits, if any exist, are invoked.
 If no JESTAE exits exists, or none of the JESTAE exits requires retry,
the DSP is ended.

Programmer response
Correct and re-link-edit the DSP.
