The contents of the registers on exit should be:
- R0-10
- Irrelevant
- R11-13
- Same as on entry
- R14
- Return address

Use the RC= parameter on the ARETURN macro to specify how JES3
is to process the data set as follows:
- RC=0
- Indicates that a new forms alignment is required.
- RC=4
- Normal completion (indicating that the current forms alignment should be continued)
