Setting up security for log streams

Before you can define a log stream to the MVS™ system logger, you must define one or more profiles to RACF® to protect the log stream. You must also authorize system logger administrators and Infoprint Server users to the RACF profiles.

Note: System logger administrators might need access to other system logger profiles that are not described in this section. For information, see z/OS MVS Setting Up a Sysplex.
