BPX4FAI (freeaddrinfo) example

The following code frees the Addr_Info structure(s) that were obtained by the getaddrinfo callable service. For the callable service, see freeaddrinfo (BPX1FAI, BPX4FAI) — Free Addr_Info structures. AMODE 31 callers use BPX1FAI (freeaddrinfo) example.
