This trace record is generated when the read-queue exit
of a CMIP application program returns from processing a message. The
trace record shows the information that is passed from the MIB controller
to the application program and the return code passed from the application
program.
If the return code is not 0, this entry is always traced,
regardless of the VIT options specified.
