Explanation
 The remote crypto extended operation failed because
the plug-in is unable to decode the request. The most likely return
code is:  2 (LDAP_PROTOCOL_ERROR): Some part of the extended operation request
data is not encoded correctly and could not be decoded.

Operator response
 For a storage problem, increase the storage
available for use by the LDAP server.  Then restart the LDAP server.

about the extended operation encoding. Then re-issue the extended
operation request. If the problem is a storage issue, contact the
operator and an LDAP administrator. After the problem is resolved,
re-issue the extended operation request.
