BPX4SDD (setdubdefault) example

The following code sets the dub default setting for the subtasks of the caller to process. For the callable service, see set_dub_default (BPX1SDD, BPX4SDD) — Set the dub default service. AMODE 31 callers use BPX1SDD (setdubdefault) example.
