Searching the problem reporting databases z/OS problem management |

Often, the problem you are diagnosing was already reported and the symptoms are in the problem reporting database. Search the database for a match. Search arguments are used to search problem reporting databases.
Searching is an iterative process; you might need to use the procedures
in Gathering additional data for hangs and waits to gather additional data
and continue your search.
