To enhance the monitoring experience, the OMEGAMON Data Requester supports dashboard-to-dashboard navigation using Grafana’s Data links feature.

The starter dashboards provided with the OMEGAMON Data Requester include data links configured within specific panels. By clicking on a data point, you can access and navigate to a related dashboard for deeper analysis or alternative views.

In addition, the starter dashboards are categorized using tags. These tags are used to logically organize dashboards and filter search results in the dashboard search interface. Thus, you can efficiently locate dashboards associated with specific OMEGAMON agents.

The following image illustrates the Enterprise Overview dashboard. You can explore specific OMEGAMON agent dashboards by selecting the relevant tabs in the horizontal navigation highlighted in the following image:

For instance, when you click the z/OS tab, the z/OS Enterprise Overview dashboard opens in a new browser window, providing you with detailed insights and information.

Tip: You can access the Enterprise Overview dashboard at any time directly from the respective OMEGAMON agent dashboard by selecting the Enterprise Overview tab in the horizontal navigation menu.

Note: In this release, the z/OS, Networks, and Storage dashboards do not include the Enterprise Overview tab, which returns users to the Enterprise Overview dashboard.
