If you need assistance from IBM Support to resolve a problem, you can contact IBM Support through the IBM Support Site.

You first need to collect troubleshooting information to send to IBM Support. Logs can be used to help find a solution.

Note: For more information on OMEGAMON® Data Provider, see OMEGAMON Data Provider documentation (July 2024: APAR OA66572). Specify the APAR number when you contact the IBM support.
