Installing OMEGAMON AI Insights

Once you have the prerequisites in place, you can deploy the OMEGAMON® AI Insights Docker application.

Delivery content
OMEGAMON AI Insights V 2.1 delivery files contain the OMEGAMON_AI_Insights_2.1.0.tar.gz archive file. The size of this file is less than 4 GB.
Extracting delivery files
To extract the delivery files, follow the instructions.
Configuring installation files
Once you have the prerequisites in place, you can deploy the OMEGAMON AI Insights Docker application. You need to configure the installation files.
Using Docker volumes
Volumes are the preferred mechanism for persisting data generated and used by Docker containers. When you restart the container, all the customer data are available on external volumes.
Loading Docker images
After configuration, the next step is to load the five OMEGAMON AI Insights Docker images in the local registry.
Running Docker compose
Final installation step is to run the Docker compose that will instantiate and start the OMEGAMON AI Insights containers.
Using scalability mechanism
OMEGAMON AI Insights V 2.1 brings scalability mechanism. Predict and train containers can have multiple instances to distribute the load of multiple contexts.
Configuring log access
Each container log file can be accessed through the LOG_FOLDER volume and the Docker logs command for each container.
