Crypto_PKDS_Read_Disabled

Crypto_PKDS_Read_Disabled monitors the status of the Public Key Dataset (PKDS) and issues a Warning alert if read operations have been disabled.

The formula is:

VALUE ICSF.PKDSRead EQ Disabled

The PKDS is a VSAM data set used to store Public Key Algorithm (PKA) keys used for encryption and authentication. Read operations may be temporarily disabled for management operations on the PKDS. Read access to the PKDS is restored following completion of management operations. The PKDSname attribute displays the name of the current PKDS.
