Explanation
A client contacted the IBM® MFA server to determine
whether a user may enroll a new account, but the client provided an invalid combination of User ID
and Password or Passphrase.

User response
Instruct users to open the IBM MFA server start page
using Mobile Safari on their iOS device and log in with their user name and password.
