AZF3028S Failed to read SDOPTS file


    Explanation
      Unable to read the SDOPTS.REC file specified. 

    

    User response
      Make sure that a valid SDOPTS.REC file has been transferred to the z/OS system in binary
        mode, and that it is present in the location specified in the AZFEXEC. It must be readable
        by the AZF started task user.
