   Explanation
     The common storage area was not created or is not completely initialized.      The common storage area is required for forwarding z/OS SYSLOG messages.

	 After 30 seconds, the z/OS Log Forwarder again tries to use the common storage area.

	 Note: If you see this message after you delete a data space,
	 the common storage area is reinitialized after you restart the user
     exit and at least one console message is driven.


   Response
     Either a z/OS SYSLOG gatherer was unintentionally configured, or the user exit is not active.

     If a z/OS SYSLOG gatherer was unintentionally configured, remove it from the data configuration file.

     If the user exit is not installed and active, activate it.

     If the problem persists, contact IBM® Software Support.
