Troubleshooting Z APM Connect CICS TS Data Producer

CICS regions failed to connect with Z APM Connect to initiate transaction tracking

Problem: You experience any of the following symptoms or error messages in the CICS log:

IBM Z APM Connect Interface is starting...see the CICS JOBLOG. 
IEC130I xxxxMOD DD STATEMENT MISSING
AGMP1067E cicsrgn IBM Z APM Connect Load failed.

CSV003I REQUESTED MODULE AGMPGGA NOT FOUND
CSV028I ABEND806-04 JOBNAME=cicsrgn
DFHAP0001 An abend (code 806/AKEB) has occurred at offset X'0000069E' in module AGMPINIT.

Cause: Missed steps, or errors, during Z APM Connect configuration can cause a various errors on CICS startup, or after the AGMU,START transaction is issued to initiate Z APM Connect transaction tracking.

Solution: To fix the problem, review the Installing Z APM Connect CICS TS Data Producer section to make sure CICS TS Data Producer is installed and configured correctly.
