This troubleshooting material provides problem determination and resolution information for issues that are commonly encountered with IBM Z® APM Connect.
In a complex environment such as the one in which IBM Z APM Connect operates, identifying the source and cause of problems can be difficult. A problem that you experience with IBM Z APM Connect might be from several sources.
Troubleshooting is not the same as problem solving, although during the process of troubleshooting, you can often obtain enough information to solve a problem. If you encounter a problem that you cannot solve by yourself, even after you determine its cause, you can contact IBM® Software Support for a solution.
