DOMAIN INFO Policy Item

Figure 1 shows the Domain Information panel that you can use to define the name of a remote domain.

The following information is displayed:

Domain Name

Specifies the name of the remote domain. This name must match the domain name in the automation adapter configuration.

For SA z/OS subplexes, the default is plexname INGXSGid, where "plexname" is the name of the physical sysplex and "id" is the XCF group ID that might be blank. It is specified in the E2E automation adapter's configuration file ing.adapter.plugin with plugin-domain-name parameter.

For other resources, the domain name is specified via cfgsmu configuration utility of Service Management Unite in the Universal Automation Adapter.
