Purpose

This command is used by SA z/OS to inform TWS of status changes. This is accomplished by the OPCAPOST command processor, which is normally used internally in TWS Automation. Although you can issue OPCAPOST as an operator command, operators should use INGTWS TYPE=OP REQ=MODIFY, if possible. INGTWS provides a fullscreen interface to TWS and dynamically acknowledges the action unlike OPCAPOST.
