Step 1: Creating the Policy Objects that Make Up the Sysplex

You start on the Entry Type Selection panel. It is assumed that the policy database is empty.

Creating a sysplex consists of:

• Creating the systems
• Creating the sysplex group
• Linking the systems to the sysplex group
