Field Replacement

With field replacement the specified data in the file replaces only the corresponding data in the policy database.

A blank value for a field in the file discards a value that may be in the policy database or resets it to a default in the same way as for the input field on the panel. The data in any other fields that belong to a policy but are not specified in the text file remains unchanged.
